What should have been a straightforward fence installation turned into weeks of stress, frustration, and constant follow-up on our end. I want to be clear: our sales representative, Harold Dumas, was the only positive part of this experience in the beginning. He was friendly, professional, and communicative up until the project was ready to begin. After that point, communication completely fell apart. My husband would receive early morning calls saying, “We’re ready to start,” with no prior scheduling confirmation and no reasonable timeframe given. One of the highlights of this job was the lead mechanic Eddy. With an old school work ethic, his guys worked well for him and they did a great job. Management could have done better at scheduling, but when Eddy was there the work was done quickly and efficiently. My husband being in the construction trade for 50 years doesn’t usually give such high praise, but insisted we share our experience.
