System purchased is a defiiite improvement. Having some performance issues but the great news is that Josh, Chris and Ian are doing what it takes to make their product work as designed. System while not cheap was fairly priced and support appears to be top notch. I confident that we will address the last of the issues and we will get exactly what we bought. Responsive.

Absolutely atrocious service, unprofessional,&highly rude. While on the phone discussing needing immediate service due to a temperature drop of under 60degrees at nigh for the last 3days while having 3 minors in the home;someone in the background could be heard referencing myself and my upset tone as being quote,"an asshole". All while the secretary unconcerned by their customers needs, continued to tell me that someone wouldn't be out until tomorrow. Not to mention how she could use some training in professionalism since customer service doesn't seem to be something she can handle. I, myself work in customer service and would never dream of speaking to or treating any customers in this fashion. Completely unacceptable! Would give no stars if there was the option.

First I call them 2020 and their technician said I need to change the system. Later I just clean my sensor stick and still operating as it’s 2023. Secondly I called them for a non profit. They recommend changing system again this time it was not my decision. I had to change. Owner is real gentleman and he consider me some discount for non profit and I’m glad for that. One request, please do some repair rather replace it is costly.

Had an issue with my furnace not working so I called and they came out the next day. They were able to fix problem right away and reasonable price.

We can’t say enough good about the quality of service! We had our central AC go down and we were stunned to realize how great of books they keep! They were able to tell me when my original system was installed down to the day 20 some years ago since they were the ones who had installed it. We ended up going with a Bosh heat pump ac system to help limit the use of LP heat in the winter and it’s doing great! We have noticed about a $35 decrease in our electric bill already since it’s much more efficient than our old unit! The technicians were clean cut, respectful, knowledgeable and made sure they cleaned up 100% of any mess. Best in town hands down!
