So about two years ago Andrea and I embarked on this strange journey of remodeling my 1972 mid century midtown home. I called Arnold’s because it was local, and very close to my home. I knew they would understand the Midtown vibe because they were located right in the middle of it. I wanted to pay homage to the mid century style that the home was built in yet make Updates fitting 21st-century home. Andrea came to the house, took measurements, I threw out ideas, she took notes, took more measurements and she drew up some plans. After I secured a Construction Loan we got to work. David, the project manager, was excellent from the start. He was on top of things the entire project. He also helped me pick out the perfect materials and colors for the job.
