Ok. These guys are awesome. There’s a reason that Arnold Pool has been in business for as long as they have. From the planning process, to the install, to the start up, it has gone completely smooth and professional. Not only did Arnold Pool install our pool, they trained my wife and I on the operation of the pool. They even wanted to wait a couple weeks on the final handover as they truly wanted to make sure we were completely happy. We love our new pool, and feel like we’ve gained friends with John and Arnold Pool. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. If you’re even thinking about installing a pool or spa, go with Arnold Pool. These guys are great. Have been using them for years. Breasts anything you'll but elsewhere. Customer service is excellent. Just got a literal last minute chlorine jug fill.

Arnold's always tests my pool water at no charge and with no pressure to buy parts or chemicals. I always try to buy something as a thank you for the water testing. Staff is always friendly and willing to offer good tips to keep my water safe and looking good.

3 weeks never showed up. Girl on phone rescheduled 5 different times he never came on any appointment. Last time he didn't show up the girl didn't call back. Don't waste your time. They wasted alot of my time.

Really enjoyed meeting with Bill. And I am sure the quality of their work is solid, but there is a lady in the office that could use some customer service training. I think her name is Christy. Not helpful at all. Five Stars for Bill and zero for Christy.
