Aroma'z Home Flooring & Design

We purchased and had Aromaz’s do all install of basement flooring and carpet, kitchen and lining room flooring, kitchen cabinets and tile backsplash. We also purchased all the cabinet hardware from them. Anna is sales in the Hamilton location is fantastic. We couldn’t have done without her. Kelly in design was also fantastic. There were a few hiccups along the way as expected but they took care of it all with no issues. Definitely will use them in future. I would say go see Anna in sales she is awesome.

We had the best experience with Aromaz and highly recommend! Anna was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She patiently helped our parents make the best choice in flooring. Installers Aurelio, Cosme, Gerardo, Hugo and Grillo were amazing. We had a very short window of time to get floors installed before we moved in. They removed all flooring throughout home and laid all new LVP in just 1 day! The floors are perfect and we could not be more pleased.

We’ve gone back and forth on whether to write a review, as it certainly isn’t a good one and we don’t take these things lightly. However, the work Aromas did on the floors of our home is so atrocious that others should be made aware. We had a pipe break in our home last year and it caused significant damage to the first floor and the basement of our new construction home. On the first floor, one half of the wood floor needed to be replaced (ironically, the poor leveling from the builder allowed for only half of the floor to be impacted). Because we were new home owners, brand new to the area, and expecting our twins in less than two months, we went with the recommendation of a local expert and hired Aromas to do the floor. I will say this, if you want any home improvement done, I would definitely use Aroma'z all the time. I would also give special props to Cosme and Gerardo that just did our basement LVP flooring. Extremely clean and every cut was precise. I'm sure all their installers are awesome as they would only hire the best. This is maybe my 5th or 6th time using them. Excellent work as always.

I recently moved into an older home that needed some updating, and I couldn’t be happier with the work Orlando, Paul, and Junior did. They uncovered our original hardwood floors beneath the carpet, then sanded and stained them to a custom color that perfectly matches the doors and trim throughout the house. They also updated the railings with a modern horizontal design that completely transformed the space.
