Fantastic, oriental feel for a privacy fence 👏; couldn't be more pleased. Said installed end of summer but received surprise call and delivered 1st of summer! A real gem; neatly installed. Had to go back to shop to rip the last board and get caps we wanted! And yes, a very fair price!

They had an assessor come out to the property first, and had ample opportunity to inform us if the simple cedar stockade fence was too much for their skill set. The assessor did not have any concern with the plan, nor did the installers when they showed up. The installers who came the first time told us they did not think they dug down far enough and that they would most likely need to return to revise their own work. After only a few weeks the fence was leaning and needed serious repair. After calling them dozens of times and sending emails with photos of the fence for nearly a YEAR - they finally sent out another team to repair. This time they repaired only the top portion of the fence and AGAIN stated they may need to come out AGAIN to replace the lower section. They stated the design

Ken and his Co-worker (Brandon I believe) were great to work with. Professionals the whole way. Installation happened a couple of months sooner than anticipated.

They had what I was looking for, at a fair price, and with excellent quality, and a smile. They provided the posts and rails, installation was all me.

I would not recommend this company. The quality of the work is very poor. The hardware on the fence is cheap, the gate misaligned (so much so the top was overlapping with the post) with a gap at the bottom that is considerably wider than the top, and the latch did not work after the first week of installation. Not to mention the entrance latch was installed at a head height! It took MULTIPLE return visits for this to get resolved and yet... it still isn't! There are 6 inch gaps sporadically along with fence, the fence scalloping was initially incomplete, debris left all over the yard, the hinge bolt is currently falling out- thus creating further misalignment. I could go on with all of the problems …… terrible experience, avoid this company.
