Around the Clock Lock&Key

1000/10. I lost my key blade that used to be attached to my Volkswagen key fob. Called this morning, they were at my house in 40 mins and I had a brand new key 30 mins later. Locksmith was kind and efficient. Very happy with the quick service. Highly recommend!!

Locksmith Raymond came over to my house to change my doorknob and deadbolt locks on my three exterior doors. He was unprofessional and sloppy. Raymond complained the entire time that he was in a rush. He also left the old locks on the floor instead of cleaning them up. When I brought this to his attention, he supposedly cleaned up the debris by each door. After Raymond rushed off, I found that he still hadn’t cleaned up the debris around my back door. I cleaned up the mess and also found many brand new screws on my kitchen door. I picked up all the screws that I could find. I then discovered more screws by stepping on them and hurting my feet. After this bad experience, I spoke with Raymond’s manager Eddy to make a complaint. He quickly offered for one of his best locksmiths, named Adrian,

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!!! Technician was nice. Had a scheduled time. He called to confirm. He showed up 30 Minutes late after I called to see where he was. He didn't have replacement part with him. He gouged our door removing the old lock. He couldn't replace one of them. It was a scheduled call not an emergency. The technician I spoke with earlier in the week didn't convey this. I have to go to Lowes to buy a new door knob. Waste of time and money. He then said his boss called and wanted a good rating. I was driving thru Connecticut and stopped at a rest area on 95. My luck, flushed the keys down the toilet. Someone at the rest area said a locksmith can make a key on site. Called these guys up and they assured me they can make a key for my car. The guy was at my location in like half an hour, made the key right out of his van and got me on my way back to Boston! Excellent service start to finish!

Today was a rough day for me beacuse i lost my car key and when i say i called and they came right out to help me with no issue i was pumped. Mike the technician was great.
