Arrive Upper Kirby Garage

When I went to the restaurant confessions they have a sign for validation with arrival parking . The biggest issue, however, was the parking. The signage is misleading — it states that parking is validated, but does not mention that validation only applies to self-parking and not valet. This was never explained to me when I was told about validation. When I brought this up, the restaurant claimed they had no control over the parking situation, yet the sign is posted in connection with the restaurant and gives incomplete information. This lack of transparency is frustrating and unacceptable. Between the average food and the misleading parking situation, I will not be returning.

Negative zero stars review but I can't choose no stars or negative 5 stars! This garage is a scam. We need to file a lawsuit for this scam. You can't just pay for the actual time you are parked there. You have to pay in blocks of hours,, then if you go over you cannot get the honk mobile payment to work. No one there to help either. Then you leave and in a few days you get a letter in the mail with a fine of a crazy amount. Then you dispute and of course they say no. Then you get a letter from a "parking attorney" demanding payment. Scam, Thiefs. This is wrong.

It's the worst parking garage I've ever encountered. They have the worst system. You go there and they have a QR code to pay for parking that doesn't work. And the valets had no idea what I was supposed to do to pay for it. Then I get a collection of 90 dollars because there was no kiosk to pay and a QR Code that didn't work. Ridiculous. I'll never go here for any of the facilities just because of the parking.

Worst place to park ever. Was no where to pay. No visible signage. Then received a fine of $90 from Parking Revenue Recovery Services! Completely unacceptable service for customer. Retailers around this garage need to be aware of what they are doing to their customers. Might lose a few because of this ridiculousness.

$90 fee assessed since their system was down. Upon arrival we tried everything to pay. We could not locate a kiosk & the QR code to pay was non-working. We figured it was a momentary blip in their system & would be working when we returned. It never did. Is this a scam to get people to cave into a $90 fee? Maybe. Who knows?
