WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!👎👎👎👎,absolutely worst job in parking lot recoating.doesn’t fill cracks completely,but they do seal grass,weeds,and dirt in cracks.some spots they didn’t even covered the parking lot with enough product to cover loose dirt.some places it not even sealed and you can see old asphalt.they didn’t even use enough cones or barriers to keep people off the freashly coated parking lot.so very poor prep work,post prep work not good either,$30k job and on 9/21/22 after 9 days of work being done the lines are faded,crack sealing is coming up and failed completely.contacted arrow and they really didn’t care about sub par work and then was hung up on.customer service is not important to this company or there quality of there work.please come down to opportunity Plaza and v

Considering the very idea of ripping up one’s pavement or parking lot correlates exactly with the concept of “inconvenient“ these guys have been top-tier the whole way. They are courteous, professional, they work efficiently and effectively and don’t mind when a six-year-old comes buzzing around asking about machines doing this or that. They organize quickly, work proactively around weather and the comings and going‘s of people and their cars. They have even stopped what they were doing to tow me and my wheelchair through their project with never so much as a scowl. Shoutout to Chris, Hunter, Kenny, and Andy :) you guys are spectacular! X

Super friendly and lots of materials

This is my 3rd time doing business with Arrow and they are really a great example of how a business should be run. Friendly, helpful service and staffed with people who are happy to share their knowledge with you. I highly recommend doing business with these folks and am so happy that someone recommended them to me.

Been going for years and everyone is great. Chad goes above and beyond and has for years. He is a very important asset to arrow. He has been there a very long time and started at the bottom so he definitely knows what is up. As for the front line when you walk in? Superior customer service. I've never asked a question that wasn't answered with a quick and professional answer. I've never left feeling dissatisfied. Thank you guys
