Andrew Martinez has completely transformed our property since the day he started. Our lawn is, without question, the best looking yard on the street. The neighbors constantly stop to ask who takes care of it. The grass is lush and consistently maintained at a level that truly stands out. What sets Andrew apart isn’t just the results, it’s his professionalism. He always calls ahead of time, shows up when he says he will, and even comes to the door to communicate directly. That level of reliability and courtesy is rare these days. He treats our home like it’s his own, and it shows in every detail. His service is beyond five stars, it’s 10-star service. This business needs to update their information online to show current scopes of work. They show up when searching as being sod installers, but on calling that is not a service they offer. They seem lovely and organized though, and had a pleasant experience speaking with them!

Service is always timely and efficient. I like that the treatment chemicals are not harsh but are still effective. We've had virtually no issues since using the service.

Our experience with Arrow Environmental Services started out wonderfully when they first gained our business. Unfortunately, it didn’t take long for things to go downhill. Despite numerous attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction and intent to cancel, they repeatedly convinced us to stay, promising that the lawn would soon be back to looking nice and green. Three months ago, after speaking with manager David, we reluctantly gave them another chance. However, here we are today with no improvement. They tried to blame the poor results on drought, despite the fact that our sprinklers are set to go off twice a week.
