Chad does a super job. Always confirms appointments and keeps them. Let me sum up this in three words; “No More BUGS”. One more added bonus you guys bill and process payments correctly. Our previous service was good than bought out and quickly went downhill. Glad a neighbor recommended Arrow.

Arrow exterminators has been our choice for probably 20 years. They have been responsive, reliable and effective---with both pest control and critter removal, control and repairs caused by critters (squirrels). I especially appreciate our visiting technicians remain for years at a time. It's important to have confidence in their thoroughness and trustworthiness. Our current pest control technician, Stephen, works with us on scheduling, is always on time, carefully inspects and treats our house inside and out, is friendly and definitely trustworthy. We highly recommend Arrow.
