CHAD COLLINS was the tech. He replaced my termite stations that were not in the best locations.. His install WAS PERFECT. Neatly installed and spaced as they should be. He answered all my questions like the Pro he is. He took me on a walk around after the install I am very satisfied with his work. I would like to have CHAD to do the inspections as well. Chad doing the Station inspection is very important to me as a home owner. Thanks Cecil Steven Newsome

Having Arrow come out quarterly is so comforting and gives us great peace of mind! If for some reason we see something we just call and they come out and take care of it. It’s so convenient and affordable too. Maurice is amazing. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional when he comes to spray and when we talk on the phone. I have been using a competitor of arrows for years. They were purchased by a larger company a couple of years ago. I called them recently because I had a rat infestation. I could not get a person on the phone only a computer generated answering service which led me through a number of options And eventually told me someone would call back. I called Arrow and got a real person immediately and they were there that day to help me.

Maurice is timely, effective, and efficient. We’re definitely thankful for the great service he provides.

Major shout out to this company for their gem of an employee Jason. Off the clock headed home on a Friday , Easter weekend at that, he stopped when he saw us on the side of the road with a flat. He graciously jumped out no hesitation with a smile on his face to help us.
