Sonja Bullard is one of the best. She attends to your needs and doesn’t hesitate to come back if there is still a bug problem. She knows her stuff.

I've used Arrow since I bought my house in July 2023. I use them for my quarterly pest control service (James is the best!), my mosquito service, my termite warranty/bait stations and I also used them when I had a mouse problem about 6 months ago. Very satisfied with them.

We got the Termite and the Critter service and not only is everyone I speak with when I call the nicest, but special kudos to Cody who sealed our home all with the rain coming and going, and you'll be blessed if you get Pratt for the 4 week follow-up, he is so kind when he's come to the home to check traps. We are very please with Arrow for both their insect treatment and their termite protection. Our technician Richard Gore does an excellent job treating our house quarterly for insects with the least disruption to our lives. Mr. Gore addresses all our concerns when they arise and is very thorough in applying Arrow's organic insect deterrent throughout our house and outside around the perimeter. We could not be happier.
