The tech (Shelley Barbee) that came out to our house for the first visit was very professional and explained all the services and also the cost.

Brittany and Alfredo made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Alfredo patiently walked us through each step of the treatment, answered every question, and took a sincere interest in our family’s needs. Having someone work inside your home can feel intrusive, but his professionalism and warmth put us completely at ease. We’re grateful for the care and support he provided.

Would stay away from this company. Their sales tactics are very agressive and desperate. I recently bought a new home and twice have had a salesman come and offer termite service. Last home owner had the service, but i had stated I dont want or need the service. They than said if I dont get their service they have to come and remove the termite stations. I had let them know I didnt hire them or ask for any of their services and dont authorize them to come to my property. The first encounter, the salesman said its NC state law that he come to my prpoerty and remove. I told him to get off my property and that they were tresspassing if they tried to perform any unauthorized services on my property. I than get a letter stating i need to renew with them, but nothing about the law in having to

Very professional employees.Jason always checks to make sure I am not having any problems with pests in the house and makes sure he treats the house perimeter and front and back porch well. He is very professional and pleasant to have doing the required services. I would highly recommend Arrow Exterminators.
