Arrow Exterminators

Had a really great experience with Arrow Exterminators! Kevin was awesome — super friendly, on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and helping people out. I'm not one to usually post my private issues but I got laid off January of last year. I finally have another job offer but waiting for my clearance and that's been a rough process. So I am still waiting to work. I have $29 to my name and everytime arrow calls about past due balances or services I feel like crap that I cant pay it but plan to the minute I am working. Ive been with Arrow since 2021 and never really been behind until this round of layoffs. Today I get a call from a few of the managers who saw my account and saw I haven't been scheduling services because I knew I couldn't pay for those services and instead of lecturing me about my past due balance, they called to waive the month of february and have someone come out immediately to service my home. They were so understanding

Today I had a Technician named Stephen who came out. I was immediately welcomed by a smile and with great professionalism. I was always spoken to respectfully and he had all the answers to my many questions. I highly recommend this company especially if they are as capable and knowledgeable as Stephen.

Tay our service tech is awesome and so is Arrow Pest Control. They are super easy to work with and have a great price point. From appointment set up to service everything is super easy and on time and the people are awesome!

I would like to share about the awesome work that Dustin performed on my property. He really showed me his concern and gave considerations on my behalf on trying to get me to be comfortable in my home after having the situation that I faced.. He was kind and considerate and touched all bases as far as the protection around my property, and I really appreciate his thoughts and his concerns and his time and his ability to do what needed to be done in order to solve the situation. Justin is an awesome worker and a very bright intelligent Worker. I really appreciate his time and his effort that he has given to me.
