I’ve had a great experience working with Arrow Exterminators, Inc. here in Gainesville, and I especially want to recognize Justin for the outstanding job he does every time he services my home. It’s clear that Justin takes real pride in his work and approaches his job with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. When I first started using Arrow, I was dealing with a small bug issue around my home, and Justin quickly got it under control. After his treatments and recommendations, the problem has now been completely resolved, which has been a huge relief. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing and takes the time to make sure the treatment is actually effective, not just temporary. Arrow always does such a great job addressing our concerns. My husband was concerned that we may have drywood termites. Our tech listened to our concerns, did a thorough inspection of our house (inside and outside), and assured us we do not have drywood termites. Because we are established customers and have a termite contract, we were not charged for the visit. The staff at Arrow is always polite, professional, and always willing to help when we need it.

Always polite and professional, Chase texts me to set up the best time for him to come. He lets me know when he is on his way, so there are no surprises.
