Arrow Exterminators

The guy came to my house with a spray can like one you can get from Home Depot. I really expected more. The outside was supposed to be sprayed but how can you spray my yard with a spray can. I asked for a manager who was supposed to call me back. That never happened, and still I was charged $105 for someone to spray my house with a spray can. If there is an issue with your backpack sprayer then inform the customer. I expected way better from this company since the service was great when I lived in Smyrna.

Was a customer for many years. I had them come out to spray a house that I was selling while I was getting it ready to sell they said okay no problem so they came out. Then about a week later I noticed there was still some pest coming out so I called and asked if they would come back and take care of it they where like okay but since we dont take care of that property any more we will have to charge you to come back out. I was like u just came out I shouldn't be getting charge to come back out.

Incredible customer service and attention to detail. Service manager, Chris M, came out with the technician to make sure everything was done right for a tricky issue - scrubbed in and went above and beyond

Arrow takes care of one of our homes and does a great job. They are very responsive and communicative and do what they say they're going to do and show up when they say they will. 5 stars service!
