It started off professional with a free consultation for a simple moisture barrier install. After the technician left, I was expecting a call back to schedule an install but I called the next day to schedule my own appointment two weeks out. The day before the install was scheduled, I hadn’t heard anything back from them to confirm a time. I called to confirm. The receptionist seem confused but stated they would be out. Within five minutes I received a call back from the office manager stating that there was a scheduling conflict and I would need to be rescheduled for the next week. Leonard arrived on time but he immediately begin to explain that he was waiting for someone to help him. He help arrived and they finished the job but the work was somewhat sloppy. I contacted Arrow bexause I kept hearing a scratching noise above my bedroom. They provided efficient, speedy service. Arrow presented various price plans and payment options. After four weeks, my home is squirrel free. Thanks Arrow for making my holiday a little brighter. (The only reason I couldn't give five stars is because I had to go to the business in person to receive final invoices.)

Well I originally rated 5 star because I liked the service. Well upon my quarterly visit , they cancelled my contract because I didn’t Schedule in time for them. ( Not my time scheduling) but their time scheduling. I called several times to make an appointment, even reached out to the guy who actually sprayed my house. I also left messages for the manager, no response. So at this point I’m assuming Arrow doesn’t value their customers. I wasn’t a new customer, I’ve used them for years, and to be treated like that is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t waste my time with this company , they don’t value customers or their time.

When I moved to Macon I called Arrow to set up an account, the rep was very nice and personable and had me set up very quickly! Robbie came out and did a fantastic job with our house! If you don't want to be Bugged, call Arrow!

I cannot compliment this kind people enough. From the receptionist to the gentlemen who service my home and yard the kindness always shows through. Always ready to answer any questions I may have. I've been with them 25+ years and would never consider any other company.
