Arrow Exterminators

Between mystery invoices from over a year ago to failure to coordinate their visits with when we would be home (but not failing to charge us for the unscheduled visit) this company’s service has rapidly deteriorated. I would recommend getting service elsewhere. We will replace them if there service does not improve soon.

These reviews are for Spiderman Pest Control, NOT Arrow Exterminators, who bought out Spiderman around the end of 2024. I had years of great service from Spiderman, but when it changed over to Arrow all of that great service went away. So much for the local family owned company with excellent customer service! Arrow Exterminators is just another large corporation that only cares about taking your money, not providing service. They treated my house for fleas, promising to return if the problem continued, which it did. When the second treatment failed as well, they refused to provide further assistance, and refused to give the new company that I hired access to my neighbor's gate so that they could properly treat my yard, as ARROW had NOT done.
