Arrow Floor Carpet One

This is our second time using Arrow Floor for carpet in our home. Overall, the process was very smooth and efficient, just like the first time (10 years ago). I stopped into the store, picked up some samples; Ken came a couple days later to measure and was able to give us a price during his visit. We paid 50% to him, then waited for a receipt to be emailed to us. We didn't get a receipt in a week's time, so I went back up there to inquire, and was told that he lost my email address 🤷 Well, I got a receipt and then a week after that, Ken emailed to schedule the installation. He was excellent at adjusting the installer's schedule to coordinate with my schedule, and it was installed later that week. Working with Arrow Floor Carpet One was a great experience from start to finish. When we visited the store we were given advice on selecting our new carpeting and we were able to take samples home to select colors and patterns. The installation crew was excellent. We have a walk-in closet with built-in fixtures that presented a bit of a challenge, but they handled it perfectly. The new carpets look great and the crew left the house spotless. They even moved some pieces of heavy furniture that I couldn't handle. I highly recommend Arrow for your carpeting and flooring needs. We will definitely use them again!

Everyone I interacted with at Arrow Flooring was helpful and friendly. The process of installing a carpet liner for our staircase was incredibly easy and the final product is gorgeous. I highly recommend this local company - no need to go elsewhere.

I came to this company to purchase my carpets because several years ago I had come here for some inexpensive carpet for my church. Even though it was not a big order, the people were very helpful and nice. I was not sorry to repeat the experience. Everyone was equally helpful this time.
