I called this afternoon for oil because I ran out. It was 18 degrees all day and I was using space heaters. The woman on the phone was super helpful and said she’d have the delivery tomorrow for taunton. I got home and to my surprise it was delivered hrs later. Cannot recommend enough they’ve always been so great to me!

I’m honestly surprised this company has good reviews because my experience has been terrible. If you have an emergency, don’t count on them. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and has an attitude as if she’s providing oil for free. Customer service is especially poor when dealing with public establishments. This is my fourth interaction with her, and every single one has been negative. Management seriously needs to invest in proper customer service training or hire someone new. The way customers are treated will eventually drive this company out of business. I will be changing my oil supplier, and I will also be advising my business partners and friends to do the same.

I placed my order after business hours and the next morning, they were already filling my tank. Great customer service and fast delivery. Was also the cheapest oil in the area.

Arrow Fuel was my lifesaver when Abreau Oil decided they were going to treat their 14 year customer like garbage! literally the best price around for oil! If you're thinking of switching, do it. I use Jim Doresy & Sons for service and they are great. Don't let other companies who do both take advantage of you! Use Arrow and save your hard earned money!

I've had a great experience with Arrow Fuel. You can schedule delivery online, which I've done most often and LOVE, but on instances I've called the office the personnel was helpful and kind. Their prices are typically amongst the lowest, (plus they're always sending you promo codes for even greater savings!), and I've found their delivery to be very quick, with friendly drivers. Just wish they had service!! We have an older system and need a tune-up and probably a service plan too, to be safe. It's the only reason I'm thinking of going elsewhere, or else I'd happily continue on as I have. {I may still just have a separate company service the furnace so I can continue on; still doing my research to decide. Their pricing and ease of access is most compelling.}
