Evan was a great help! I am notorious for locking my keys in my car and after finally learning my lesson he helped get me a spare door key and magnet box for less than $15 in no time. Started out my Monday by going out to warm up my car and locking my keys inside with it running. I called Arrow, and within 20 minutes they had someone out to help me get back into my vehicle. Jake W. Was prompt, courteous, and able to get my car unlocked within a couple minutes. I highly recommend their services to anyone stuck in the same situation!

Original key for my ancient car wasn't wanting to turn the ignition without difficulty. Got it checked out and they were able to clean the barrel without needing to replace it like other places were suggesting. Got a spare key made also. Both keys are working great now! Good work and price!

I misplaced keys to my storage lockers and inquirex if they had skills to pick the locks as i knew the keys would rematerialuze as soon as i replaced the locks. Note these were key disk locks not combination locks. I made an appointment for 9 am and the ARROW vehicle arrived about 3 minutes early. It took the locksmith ( I'm terrible with names) approximately 15 minutes to pick two of the locks and to drill the third. Yes it cost more than just coffee money, BUT I have a time constraint on moving out so money well spent. He was professional, very pleasant, and he explaoned thd process . My enquiring mind is smarter now. I woukd highly recommennd this company and it's professsionals and will use their services again. Bought a $20 fob from ebay and had it programmed here for i think $80, took 5 minutes and he was extremely helpful with any questions. The whole staff seemed really chill and down to Earth, ill gladly return
