Arrow Parking

I have been a monthly pass holder at this parking garage for 10+ years. They are 24 hours which you have to watch since some close and you are stuck not being able to get your car. The attendants are always nice and helpful. They have a guy that has given me a jump start or filled a flat tire up with air. This is also one of the safer garages downtown too. They have someone in the booth 24/7 monitoring camera and at least one other person riding around on a golf cart through the garage. I have never had my car broken into or worried about safety in the garage.

Says 24 hours but doors lock and entry is not possible after some time. My car had to be left here overnight because of this.

Good location for our needs. Plenty of parking available. Felt safe in the garage. Tricky getting in and out of the garage after hours. Staff friendly and was not concerned being woken from their nap when needed. Very pricey.

This was the worst parking garage experience of my life. We have been trapped in the garage for the past 40 minutes, and in that time have gone down one floor. No one is directing the cars, it is utter mayhem. It seemed bad when we arrived and the roads were gridlocked. We had arrived half an hour early with a pre reserved spot, and were still almost late to the concert. When we got to the parking kiosk, it was obvious that one reason it was so difficult to enter the garage, was because the attendants were taking written down notes about which cars had prepaid. But no one could have prepared me for the dysfunction that took place after the concert let out. Do. Not. Park. Here. if you’re attending an event at the stadium unless you want to waste an hour of your life.

This is a great place to park if you have to come to Baltimore or a day trip to the inner harbour. I normally ride the light rail in to Baltimore but if not this is the place I would park if I drove. Fair price and friendly staff and they even have security so that makes me feel a little safe I the city knowing no one will mess with my vehicle. I love Baltimore.
