Really impressed by them. They were on time and thoroughly sprayed the outside of the house. We will use them for Mosquito control in the summer time too. Fairly affordable prices as well.

I have used Arrow pest control for over 3 years now and they have never made me want to look for anyone else. There have been times where I have called in to ask questions and the staff has taken their time to answer any question I've had no matter how stupid. The service representatives that they send to the house are always kind and respectful, as well as informing me of things I did not no( like after having a baby you don't want to spray inside the house for a little while) and of course no bugs in the house so their products definitely work. This being a local business I definitely prefer to deal with them instead of the major chain who just treat you like a number.

Every experience I have had with Arrow Pest Control has been amazing. They are always very prompt and show up exactly when they say they will. Their customer service is incredible. The gentleman who came out today even helped me bring in groceries from my car. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

The people are fantastic!!! Wanda is the best!! Very kind and thoughtful and I love talking to her. I always ask for her because she is fantastic!! Leo is the only one I want coming to my house!! He is such a awesome man and I love the way he does everything in my house!! He is so friendly and kind!! I would recommend Arrow Pest Control to everyone!! They are the BEST!!

Leaving a review for my aunt and uncle who use Arrow. They were happy with them for years until a recent event. A technician showed up unexpectedly and said he wanted to do a courtesy follow up on an ant problem they had months earlier. Thinking nothing of it they let the man check the house while they ate breakfast. After he left they discovered that her jewelry case had been opened and her jewelry was gone. They have talked to one of the owners and can get no resolution. Do not recommend.
