Arrow was great. Our second story toilet was running and leaking. When we noticed the water coming through, we quickly turned it off. I called several companies and Arrow was kind enough to come same day. Once here, the problem could not be fixed. We needed a new toilet. Tracy and Dan were kind enough to recommend we buy a new one and have them come back. This saved us some money on the hourly rate. Dan came back that week and installed the new toilet quickly. All in all, great service at a good price.

One star is being generous. We had nothing but excuses starting at the initial contact for an estimate. Pablo showed up at our door with no uniform, no badge, no logo on his truck, He didn't give us an estimate that day, but came back the following Monday with still more excuses, blaming his new office girl for not asking the right questions, etc. We had no water in the house, and he finally told us that it would actually be a few days until he could do an estimate So, we called Griggs Plumbing, who came in and did the estimate and work immediately. They were fantastic. Arrow's "free estimate" has now turned into $110 they are trying to bill me for doing absolutely nothing! Never, ever call Arrow!

My water heater went out, and Arrow stepped up to the plate with great customer service and got me an appointmentright away! William was the tech that came out. He was on time, prepared and explained everything to me in detail. Being a newer homeowner you don't always know what to expect and William provided me with steps on keeping the new water heater maintained in the future. Holly was great in billing and I can't be happier with the service that was received. 10/10 recommend this business!

Arrow Plumbing came out same day due to an emergency. We would have had no water all weekend if they didn’t show up like they did and squeezed us in. The office and plumber were very nice and we will be using this company again! Thank you!

Quoted at $125 for a backflow testing. They did the original backflow in the house and all the plumbing in this house. When I was entering payment, they told me that I would be paying for two backflow testing so double but they would give me a deal at $100 per backflow. No other plumbing companies I called charge double for two backflows. The plumber, who did the testing was here for about 10 minutes . One backflow is for Irrigation one is for the house. This is a shady practice not to mention and the fact we had a bathroom flood because the original plumber from this company did not attach pipe correctly. Now we have damaged cabinets from their error.
