I was looking for a company to replace our furnace + a/c. I contacted several companies and Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC offered very competitive price, they answered all our questions regarding the equipment, installation process, government rebates available and we decided to go with him. They showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were very professional and after completing the work they walked us through the functionality of the units. They left the job site cleaner than it was before the installation. Highly experienced and recommended team.

This company uses a call center to schedule appointments. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment and paid $155. The technician came out to my house in Wantagh and told me I need more Freon for the air conditioning system. I have since called and made 4 separate appointments for the Freon being filled and have had 4 separate no-shows. I do not recommend using this company.

I had scheduled an appt w their technician who never showed up. I called the office 4 times across 2 days and they could not get a hold of the technician or schedule someone else for the job. The operator told me that she would call me personally to resolve the situation and have someone else come out to the job site asap. That was 4hrs ago. On top of that they wanted me to sign up for membership totaling $150 and asked for upfront payment over the phone. I am glad I did not pay. After each call I get an email stating that my ticket is open and has been recorded. Poor customer service, poor response time. Cannot hold appointments and no accountability on their technicians. I called the technician's cell phone and left him messages and text...no response. Buyer beware.

Spoke to Josh from Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC on phone and explained the problem with my heater and he came out quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Throughout the process, Josh communicated very clearly on what was wrong and how he was intending to correct it. My heater has never run better!
