Overall: My experience with Arroyo Lawn care and Snow has been terrific, 5/5. Design process: Art worked with us through several designs and invoicing options. Didn't push back on design until contracting or request a deposit like other vendors. Ultimately, the finished product matched the design perfectly. Price: we recieved quotes from several vendors, Arroyo gave us the best price. Work Quality: Arroyo crew is very detail oriented and a great crew. Ignoring the expected construction noise, we sometimes forgot they were there. Our experience was soo good that we have signed up for additional work for the front side of our house.

Didn’t show up. Not answering calls.. No follow up. Completely ignored. First, they asked me to send them the info on text after that I’ve been trying to follow up with them for 5 days almost. I usually do not write bad reviews but this time I think it’s better to tell people about this company that is so busy and has no time to get back to their clients and what a waste of my time that I’ve been trying to contact them trying to give them my business. It looks like they don’t want it as a professional courtesy. They could’ve called back or at least respond to my text because I can see the text was marked as a read . Very bad customer service.

Art and his team did an awesome job with our paver patio with walls and lights. Price was competitive. They communicated well throughout the process.
