ARS Mitigations

Our hot water heater burst and flooded 90% of the basement. The insurance company sent ARS to provide mitigation services. Today is only the 4th day since our initial contact with ARS, but we are so far pleased with the way things are moving. Alex and his mitigation team have put customer service to the forefront. Everyone has been efficient and professional. They explain what is taking place and clearly answer all of our questions. The contents department has also been in contact with us in preparation of the pack out. There is much work to do, but ARS has prepared us for what lies ahead. We are impressed with the work ARS is currently doing and ARS is at the top of our list for handling any future mitigation services.

We had an unexpected pipe burst while on vacation, and coming home to water damage was overwhelming. Fortunately, a neighbor referred us to ARS Mitigations. The water mitigation process started out fairly well, but the estimate provided for insurance purposes ended up being about $900 less than the final invoice. This discrepancy has delayed our reimbursement from the third party claim payer. Because of that delay, we decided to pay the balance with a credit card — only to be informed that ARS charges a transaction fee for credit card payments. On a $5,000 invoice, that adds up, and I wish this had been disclosed upfront before services began. After mitigation was completed, we requested a restoration quote multiple times — at least four separate requests — and received repeated assurances that someone would call back. The service we received from ARS Mitigations was top-notch. They responded faster than expected and made us feel confident throughout the entire process.

Water damage? This is the ONLY company I would call. We just experienced a flood in our kitchen and it ruined our hardwood floors, soaking all the way through and down into our basement. ARS were fast, communicative and respectful of our home, kids and pets during a very stressful time.
