Marcus was fantastic! The job took all night due to some mechanical issues but he was professional and honest timely and courteous. His professionalism reflected greatly on your company and he should be commended. I also appreciated the second tech that came to help him out late on a Saturday night. Give those fellas a raise! Habebah ,I met that girl yesterday at Home Depot yesterday. I totally ignore her and being little bit rude, I am absolutely very sorry for that. But that girl still helped me out with great smile In her face the whole time. Then I decide to hear The offer she trying to give me, I was surprised you guys provide that low prize for your service, then I make the appointment. We had many problems with the first two visits from your installer for our new air conditioner; his helper was fine. Three items, first, forgot and left a screw out of the front of the unit inside, resulting in cold air escaping into the room, which resulted in the need to install weather stripping around and on the bottom of the door to prevent the escaped cold air from entering the bathroom and bedroom. Second, installed the outdoor plumbing far away from the house, resulting in the need for a strap to help protect and secure the piping. Third, he was very lazy in attempting to install a Nest thermostat, which we requested. Said the existing wiring was nailed to the inside of the wall and did not try or attempt to try or ask for a different method of installation. We had to inform him
