I will not engage with this company again due to numerous issues and disappointments. Initially, I was assured that I would receive new equipment. However, after signing the loan agreement, the technician retrieved the old equipment from the truck and claimed it was superior. Subsequently, the equipment failed to function properly, resulting in sending a 2nd technician visit to replace all components the previous technician installed. Joel Hernandez at the Hutto, Texas office, who falsely promised a 30% discount, which was never granted. I now face a charge of nearly $3,000 for unsatisfactory service, and I have yet to speak with Mr.Joel Hernandez. My technician, Robert, was phenomenal and professional. He was thorough and explained his recommended repairs, what the outcomes were if not repaired, and what should be priority. He worked quickly and efficiently. The main company was not easy to schedule with and did not honor the first appointment, notifying me 1.5 hours after the scheduled 4-hour block that the assessment/repair could not be done because the temperatures were too high. Proactive communication would have prevented unnecessary impacts on both sides. The customer service agent was professional even as I was upset and rescheduled me at a convenient time but it could have been rescheduled earlier knowing the thresholds and inability to complete the desired service. José I. did a great job for us replacing our water heater. He handled all the details with Rheem and Home Depot, ( unit was still under warranty), and brought us the replacement. He left the area tidy, and discussed maintenance. Also provided information on some other projects we were considering, and how ARS could help. Very personable, prompt and courteous. Thanks!

ARS was great to work with all the way up to fixing my water line issue. Professional, prompt, and great communication. However after that I have attempted to contact them six times to see when the 50ft trench in my yard would be filled in to complete the project. I've contacted the project supervisor, called in to ARS directly and no one will call me back with an update on when this will be finished. Still waiting......... Update as of 12/8 I have called twice more since my original post. Appointment was scheduled for 12/8 and ARS could not make it. I had taken off work and they did not show. I called in and now we are scheduled for 12/11. Still waiting.......

My technician Cristian was great! He was polite, respectful, and professional throughout the visit. I appreciated that he put protective covers over his shoes before entering my home — that level of consideration really stood out to me. He communicated clearly, kept me informed about everything that was needed, and made sure I understood the process before proceeding the work. I’m grateful for his professionalism and how efficiently he completed the job. I would definitely recommend him!
