I’m always skeptical about sales people. I ask a lot of questions and I do my research. I’m still going over my options but so far everybody I’ve talked to and dealt with have been honest and patient with me. This is not a done deal yet but so far I’m pleased with today’s interactions. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Excellent customer service when I called to inquire and set up the appointment. Corey was the technician that promptly responded. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained the options available and explained them in detail. The most important thing is he did an excellent job of installing the new water heater and replacing the corroding plumbing. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing repairs.

I enjoyed the upfront conversations concerning the different costs of the various solutions to my plumbing problem. After I chose my plan, we worked on finances. His kindness and understanding aided by. his versatility and knowledge, led us to a satisfactory amount. Quick assessment and fast to order the parts and schedule the fix. Thank goodness! Mr Walton was great as a professional. Very personable and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable knowing he was working on our home. Can't wait for it to be fixed! Definitely will recommend to others.

Great, thorough service from Tyler. He was very professional and courteous. I have an older system, and he provided me with a number of options going forward and some good advice as well. I rely on ARS for my system maintenance, and they've never failed me.
