The service gentleman was very honest and friendly. I have had a 2 year problem with my H&A system since we purchased it new in 3/20/24. We have had every company tell me something different why the heating is not working correctly. I should has not called them. I knew I was going to get the same response. I guess I will have to live with a new house as the H&A system does not work. Stay away from A Sykes home. I have had countless amount of problems. They would not fix anything!!!!!!!!!!!

The technician showed up exactly on time, was professional and courteous. After checking over the entire system was straightforward about all projected or potential issues with the system. Clearly explained all options and left all the pertinent information with me for review. Highly recommend Isaac for this system checkup!

Very quick to respond as was emergency. Surprised that don’t have ability to have necessary equipment on response vehicles to fix issues on site as needed unit fixed at that time. Provided my unit was older. Wish they were working with my home warranty company to make transition easier for work to be covered

Young man did not have the knowledge just yet to be set out on his own. A complete waste of my time and money. Shame on ARS. That being said, I do have the highest praise for their phone reception ladies, they bent over backwards to help get me a service man ASAP. Great job young ladies you deserve a financial praise $

The installation was great. The scheduling not so much. I got switched around 3 deferent days. I called 2 deferent numbers to find out what was going on with the scheduling but never got a response. I finally got a hold of the gentleman that evaluated our home for the correct size unit and he was able to shed a little light on the situation. The guys that did the installation did a great job.
