Richard and the ARSCO crew were fantastic to work with! I was about to sign a long term lease for a commercial space but there were issues with the flat roof and a drip in the space I looked at. Richard was very responsive(even was out of town), and through his help was able to get the repair done. More importantly I relied on Richard for deciding his professional opinion on would he sign the lease feeling comfortable based on the roof issues and their fix. I signed the lease all went well and can't thank him and his team enough! I highly would recommend ARSCO to anyone I know, as I know they stand behind their work!
