Art Smith and son Heating and Air Conditioning. Nice initial contact, Tracy was pleasant and helpful. Scheduling was easy, text messages were sent to keep me informed about upcoming appointment. Day of appointment I receive an email with a picture of technician (Daniel) which was nice to know who would be showing up at my door, letting me know he was on his way. He arrived at the time of my appointment, did his job professionally, cleaned up. Great job people!

This was my first time using this company since I'm new to the area, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. My blower motor on the heating system stopped working. They were able to fit me in last minute on a Friday when no one else could, which was already a huge relief—and their pricing was super competitive, which made the whole experience even better. Tyler was absolutely fantastic. He was very upfront about the motor issue and explained how replacement costs can vary, so there were no surprises. Unfortunately, the motor I needed couldn’t come in until Monday—but Tyler went above and beyond by bringing us space heaters to get us through the weekend, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. I had a different company install my heat pump. Since the install date, I had several issues with it. The original installer was out numerous times and was unable to solve my issue. They were also dismissive of my problems. Art Smith and Son was not. They listened to what I had to say. Within an hour of Dan from Art Smith and Son being here, he pinpointed 2 major issues and thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was also very professional, clean, and polite. I greatly appreciate it. I was also impressed with and appreciative of the enthusiasm from Tracy who set up my appointment. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat!

Tyler looked at the issue with my oil line. He lifted and insulated it. He explained what he was going to do and when he was done showed me what was done. His work looked sturdy & clean. Fantastic service at a great price. This is a family-owned business that treats their customers like family too. Great communication and responsiveness throughout my experience. The gentlemen who serviced my oil furnace were professional and polite. I will use this company for continued services and eventual conversion to gas. Absolutely recommend this company!
