I called on a Sunday morning at 8 AM from Ham Lake because our water was not working thought for sure it was my well a guy named Jacob answered. He was super professional and helpful. Told me a couple things I could troubleshoot one of these things worked and fixed it. I couldn’t be more happy. He could’ve charged me $1000 to come out here and do it himself but instead help me fix it WOW thanks a lot Jacob!!! If I ever have well or water problem in the future, you will definitely be my only call!!

Skip stopped by on his way home, after a already long day and fixed our no water issue. We appreciated his quick response as we had tried a couple other businesses and did not get a call back. He gave us a quick quote and stuck to it. Highly recommend for any well issues.

3:30 the day before a holiday and Skip came through! Returned home from a work day to NO water. Called Skip and he came over within an hour. Replaced a part and fixed within 30 minutes. Thank you, thank you. Highly recommend 5 ⭐'s

Skip definitely gets 5-stars even though we didn't ultimately use his services. We discovered we were not getting water at the house early Saturday morning. I called and left a message and Skip got back to us within 30 minutes or so. Although he was out of town, he walked us through over the phone checking a few things and committed that if we didn't find another service over the weekend, he would follow up Sunday night when he was back in town. Fortunately, we were able to get the problem fixed prior to needing Skip to come out. It's a rare experience to have that kind of responsiveness and desire to help out.

Skip returned my call promptly and came out that day to evaluate my pressure tank problem. He replaced the tank the next day with a high quality tank despite current supply chain problems. It’s great to have running water again.
