We wanted to update our pool deck and the sales person came out to give us a quote . Long story short , Artcon wanted to make money over providing a serviceable product . They applied sealer in the rain , to collect the balance of the monies owed . We called one week later to explain the product was failing and were told it was our lounge chair rubber . We purchased new lounge chairs to alleviate the “reaction “ . The product failed in multiple locations where lounge chairs wheels didn’t touch . I called for one year trying to get them to warranty the work and no one would help . Don’t use this company they want your money for doing an inferior service . I will tell everyone how bad they are . 1 Star is too many CROOKS !!!!!
