I don't know why they advertise on Facebook when their customer service is so horrendous. They complain about being understaffed -- then stop running ads if you can't take the workload. Over the past two years, I've tried to get two planes painted here. The first plane, it was impossible to get any kind of response from them. When they finally did respond, I had already taken the plane down to Corona Air Paint. The owner over there, Ilio is super responsive. He even texts you to keep you in the loop. When I bought my second plane, I asked for a quote. They provided a quote for the wrong work. I then brought my plane to them and met with the owner and a number of staff members. This was by far the worst transaction in our professional experience as aircraft owners in the last 27 years. My business partner and I got thoroughly taken, you might want to listen to our advice. I can only strongly advise you to stay away from this business, or get ready to employ legal help and try and correct shoddy work, damage and schedule slips that are beyond bearable. Damage on the aircraft is being explained away with “that was there before”, when it clearly was not. A schedule slip of several weeks (nearly double the original schedule) gets a faint “sorry”. Missing parts on the airplane? Just can’t locate them. Paint runs, overspray and color problems? The paint job is at best B-grade, and that’s generous.
