I feel I need to apologize for being a customer today. A young lady was mopping the store and the man at the counter was asking her across the store if it was annoying that people walked on the floor that she just mopped. My bad for waking on your floors in your open store that still had an hour and half before closing. I prefer to shop local, but I'll stop being an inconvenience and take my hardware project needs to Tractor Supply.

Prices here are extremely high compared to Roswell or Carlsbad. Its worth the drive to save money, especially for larger projects.

The evaporative cooler pump says 1 year warranty but they wont honor the warranty!!!

Prices were extremely high and items were very limited. Man working at the cash register was very rude and acted as if we weren't good enough to be shopping there, also treated a customer as if they were stealing things by trying to pay for less when the customer had exactly what he said he had. I was mortified by the employees behavior. I won't be going back.

If I could go into the negative ratings, I would give them one unfortunately I'm forced to give them an obligatory 1 star. Customer service = non-existent, at least if you're of color. Definitely funny to find that my mom and I were that entertaining for all of the employees that worked there. Regret having spent around $14. Definitely making the trip to Lowes or Home depot from now on.
