I highly recommend Artezanos, Inc. In 2009, we purchased the handmade clay barrel tiles and bricks for our home remodel from Artezanos, after meeting with owner Danny. His expertise and integrity immediately impressed us. Danny delivered on every promise made. The bricks and tiles were both beautiful and of exceptional quality. The transaction was transparent and smooth. He kept us updated on the international delivery process, and his service went far beyond our expectations. Danny personally worked with our roofing company to ensure we achieved the exact “Old World” look we were going for. *UPDATE THREE YEARS LATER* I took away two of the stars because they did not keep with their promise of coming back if I had problems. 1. There are broken tiles that need fixing. 2. There is mold growing on the tiles...and this was after I was told that they were treated with something that would prevent that from happening 3. There is mold growing on the fascia in certain areas on either side of the front door area, and I was told by another roofer that it wasn't finished correctly in those areas to prevent that from happening. After meeting with 6 roofing companies and getting multiple quotes Dan and his company Artezanos Roofing was by far the best option. We went with his energy efficient hybrid roofing system which qualifies for a 30% tax credit on the ENTIRE project on top of saving money on our water and electric bill. The permit took about as long as expected and the time frame given from the beginning to end was pretty much on point. It was honestly a pleasure dealing with Dan. His knowledge on roofing is second to none. He has multiple patents on his hybrid roofing system and manufactures nearly everything that was put on my roof except the Sharkskin underlayment. Wow ! Super impressed with the Quality and knowledge that they provided us as now our home is the talk of the neighborhood when it comes to roofs…… We have seen their Roof Tile all around Miami on Hi-end homes and Historical Land marks as my wife made me get down out of our car on a Sunday afternoon at Coral Gables City Hall to see the name of the roof tile that they have it was hard to make out but we did it. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable in Handmade tile and was instrumental in helping me choose the right roof for my house. With the tax credit the price was comparable almost to a shingle roof.
