the company charged $1500 dollars to replace a few valves. I do not believe this is a fair price - having viewed the workmanship - this seems like a fairly simple operation that was charged as though it was a major project. Resolved our shower drain issue in under 1 hour. The apartment building couldn’t figure it out for 4 months. AC Klem clearly explained why it happened and gave us ways to proactively prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend

I must admit I was nervous about hiring these folk based on previous reviews, but our building management recommended them so I went along with the hire. They came on time, replaced the toilet wax ring quickly and there were no surprises when the invoice came. I’d hire them again.

Our building uses them and they came to fix a shower but never fixed it. Our building billed us thousands for the work. The shower was never fixed. Stay far away from this company.
