Per my husband Nick’s review, he is not handy. And that’s okay! That’s not why I married him. Thankfully, Artic helps keep our home running smoothly whenever we need them. Their entire team is professional, kind, and genuinely a pleasure to work with—they make what’s usually a stressful, inconvenient process feel easy. The technicians have always been extremely communicative about timing and next steps, and consistently respectful in our home. As someone who sometimes manages appointments on my own, that level of professionalism and courtesy truly matters and does not go unnoticed. 11/10 recommend.

Easy scheduling, communicative and polite every step of the way. Artic has been so easy to work with and helpful from the first call to the follow up service after. Exactly what I need with my busy schedule. My generator gives me peace of mind and Artic is on top of my maintenance.

I’m not know as the handyman in my family so I typically outsource a lot of maintenance/install work and these guys were 10/10. Professional, punctual, and very informative. Gave me a couple of maintenance tips even I can do! Highly recommend for any HVAC work!
