Artisan Clean Pros

I found Artisan Clean Pro on Google and decided to give them a try after my regular housekeeper was injured and I needed reliable help on a recurring basis. I was initially a bit hesitant, but I’m so glad I went with my gut — they exceeded my expectations! Rhea, the owner, is professional and clearly dedicated to providing top-quality service. Her team member, Doreen, did an incredible job deep cleaning my home. I’m very impressed and looking forward to working with them again!

I was a customer for several months. They have an acceptable and understandable 24 hour cancellation policy and rightfully charge the customer if you do not adhere to this. Too bad they are not as thoughtful. I am having a party on the day I scheduled my cleaning in advance and 12 MINUTES BEFORE the scheduled arrival they text me to cancel because the cleaner was unavailable. They offered to reschedule for the next day but that did not help my situation. I had to take off from work and clean my own house. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never use this company again. Customer service is the bedrock of a successful business and this is not reflective of this company.
