Got a roof put on from these guys in 2022. Installation was flawless and fast, crew was there at 6:30am, done by 4pm. Awesome job. Flash forward to 2026, the roof has a leak after some heavy snow and ice. I called on a day when the office was mostly closed and their guys were off due to the weather. Artisan still showed up. Harvey came here, assessed the issues and is getting it resolved. Most companies would not have even answered their phone or blew you off until the next week... Artisan showed up for their customer. You are not just getting good work with these guys, but also piece of mind that they will take care of you and show up if something goes wrong. Very happy with the decision to use Artisan, and would highly recommend them, they will take care of you!

I had Artisan finish a living area in my basement and it turned out great. They also installed new flooring in the main level of my home. They are professional and the owner showed up himself to make sure the job was done the right way the first time. I would highly recommend Artisan for any home improvement needs or roofing.

Remodeling started and finished as promised. Craftsmanship was superb. The guys who did the work were really great and pleasant and very capable. Couldn't ask for more.

I made an appointment with this company on a Monday to put a tarp on my roof. The secretary said they would be out the next morning which was a Tuesday but no one ever showed. I call back in the following Monday and the gentleman takes my information again and states he would go out to my home and put the tarp on. I even mentioned that I needed a new roof installed. Today is Tuesday of the next week and still no tarp on my roof and once again I never received the common courtesy of a phone call from this company. If they didn’t want my business for whatever reason he/she could have stated so and I could have search for another company.
