Artisan Floor Supply

The delays with artisans flooring vendor have put several other contractors behind. Caused me to pay premiums for my other contractors as they struggle ti hold time for my job. Artisan has taken no accountability and did not have the vendor relationship that they claim to have. Super disappointed.

Your driver can’t seem to get off his phone. He was looking down and texting for at least 5 miles. I tried to call but you don’t answer and the voice mail is full.

I have 30+ years in hobby wood working. The last 15 years I have been using high end wood finishing products from Artisan floor supply. Their employees have always been super helpful. Artisan has Osmo stains and hardwax oils that I have been using with great results. Don was super helpful on the phone when he helped me find a just released product that removes the pink/red hues from red oak called "Red X Pro" that works very well before using Osmo white stain. As an option they also had Bona red out in stock. Don also showed me all the reduced priced flooring options that were from miss ordered or over ordered flooring jobs.

Damage to property while installing floor. Zero accountability.

Don’t bother calling - they don’t answer 🤷🏻‍♂️
