Because the surfaces had a smooth, no-texture finish, the work required extra skill—and Jeff’s craftsmanship truly showed. You can’t even tell where the repairs were made; everything looks just like it did originally. This company WILL NOT provide licensing and insurance information upon request even though they advertise it on their website and Facebook page. Mary, the "office manager" and wife, pressures you for payments, giving you no time to review what's being invoiced and gets nasty with you when you question absolutely anything. To be clear, we tried to be amicable with this company however, they duck and dodge the moment you find out what they're really doing. I never wanted to make this a public thing but they failed to address any of the situation or make any attempt to make it right. They only email me to suggest that I remove my review but respond to nothing else.
