Nathan was very knowledgeable at which part I needed, and helped with explaining the best way to change out the part. We recently purchased a Jacuzzi J-365 hot tub from Artisan Pools. The total experience was what we hope for when purchasing new equipment. When we entered the store we were greeted by Bruce then Nathan, the manager, courteously showed us each product and explained the advantages of each one. We felt Nathan had provided enough pertinent information that we purchased the J-365 hot tub before leaving. Delivery date was left open since we needed to have a deck construcred to fit the tub. After the deck was finished a delivery date was set. This is where Bruce and his crew immediately demonstrated that excellent service was as advertised.
