Artisan Rug Washing Company

Rugs look brand new!!! I used Artisan for the first time and the entire experience exceeded my expectations! Found them through a Google search and reviewed their online presence. It appears they have a passion for rug cleaning so I took a chance with two rugs; a beautiful hand knotted Oriental and a wool area rug that was badly stained as it is used at my kitchen sink. I dropped the rugs off at their Hargrove Grade location, was quoted a price and turn time (two weeks, which included scotch guarding the kitchen rug after cleaning.) Sure enough, two weeks later my rugs were ready and they are absolutely gorgeous! They look brand new. Pricing was fair and service/performance was excellent. By the way, they pick up and deliver for a nominal fee so if you have a big rug you might do that.
