Oh my gosh! We are completely in LOVE with our new counters! They are beautiful! Shannon is an artist! We were faced with the challenge of matching the backsplash that we wanted to keep. This wasn’t much of a challenge for Shannon! He was spot on with the color match! He was very kind and patient and made swatches for us out of concrete that we got to take home and compare. He was very patient as we made all the decisions regarding our new countertops and he was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the project. He was so versatile with working with our busy schedule. Such a personable guy! We had hours of wonderful conversations with him on many subjects. ArtisanCrete completed a custom fireplace hearth for me. The owner Shannon Moreno personally did the job, and I could not be happier! Shannon created a one-of-a-kind fireplace that is exactly how I pictured it looking. He also had to do a demo of the previous hearth, and was very respectful of the environment and cleaned up after himself regularly and left the area better than new. You will not be disappointed in the work for this company!

Shannon has been stellar to work with since the first day I called him. We are working with a builder who has never done any concrete work. When I told the builder my desire for a floating concrete hearth and thick concrete sinks for the master vanity...I didn't get far. I am so glad I took the initiative to reach out to ArtisanCrete and hire Shannon despite the builder. Shannon worked with me on all aspects of design and produced two products that are beyond my expectations. He didn't leave the project until he was satisfied that our hearth was secure, adding more brackets for support.
