Artisent Floors

I have owned 3 houses in my lifetime, but downsized to apartment living 5 years ago. So, I have seen my share of what companies pass off as "Good" carpet. I had a fire recently and needed the carpet replaced. The quality ,look and feel of this carpet is amazing! Artisent Floors product is only exceeded by their customer service-The Branch Manager-Colby Jordan was needed on site unexpectedly and was at my apartment in about 5 minutes and went right to work. He was professional and patient, answering all my questions. He is a Rock Star in my book! This is The Company you want to use for flooring. Integrity can still be found, even today!! I have trusted Artisent for years to handle all flooring needs at my midsized apartment community. Zac and everyone else at Artisent have amazing customer service and always put their customers first. Their product is quality, they work quickly, and clean up after every installation.

Very tight parking lot. Dumpsters, large pot holes, raised surfaces. You have to blindside in, then they hand unload you. They do have a forklift and ramp but won’t use it. 😂Never again!
