This company offers absolutely terrible service. They set up dates and then fail to show up, or they simply ignore your calls. Their work is shoddy, and they will completely waste your time. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Trust me—this is a real review, so stay far away from this company.

Carlton and his staff were very responsive to my needs. They personally measured my space for accuracy and delivered a high end railing product for my three villas in St Thomas. They are very knowledgeable and gave me a product that would not rust due to our salt air by the ocean. They installed my rails with great care and pride. Quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. The installation crew was courteous, meticulous and efficient in installation and cleanup. They were also creative in approaching several challenges along the way. I had a palm growing over part of where the fence needed to go and instead of cutting it I asked if they could work around it. They did and it looks amazing. I will recommend them to everyone and always call them when I need their services. Thank you guys for an amazing job. I was having difficulty reading a few negative reviews when I got on the website and see nothing but Grade A work so I listened to my gut feeling and took a leap of faith. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. I had Walter come out and give me an estimate. I then went to their place of business and paid in full 🤦🏻‍♂️. Next I’ve spent the last 3 months chasing them to install the railing. I finally got ahold of Carlton and figured out they have the wrong color. I’ve asked for my money back numerous times. Walter, with direction from Carlton, texting saying that if the railing isn’t installed by Thursday, 12/1/22, he will refund me. I called Walter on Thursday morning and spent the entire day at home waiting for the installation. Walter lead me on telling me they’re on their way. Come to find out from Carlton they never pick up the railing since it’s still the wrong color. They never came. I’m filing a lawsuit now.

Artistic Custom Railing DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 4/23/21 We agreed (& gave the first deposit) to have artistic custom railing create a custom fence around our property. 18 months later, no fence, no returned deposit. Promises, promises, excuses, excuses, excuses & still no fence & no returned deposit. Carlton took my money. At the company’s direction (with additional expense to us), in preparation for the fence, we cut down trees & removed landscaping. On October 4, 2021, I was told the fence would be installed the next day. So, I gave the second deposit. Today 1/14/2026- Thousands of dollars later, I have no fence & no returned deposit.
